1. What FamFeed Is

FamFeed is a service that helps you see social media posts from your family members in one simple place. You provide the names and social media information of the people you want to follow, and we display their public posts in an easy-to-read format. FamFeed is a product of GhostDawg AI, headquartered in Saint Augustine, Florida.

2. How It Works

FamFeed accesses publicly available social media information based on the handles you provide. We do not access private accounts, direct messages, or any content that is not publicly visible on the respective platforms.

3. Installing FamFeed on Your Phone

FamFeed is a Progressive Web App (PWA). This means you can install it directly from your web browser — no App Store or Google Play needed.

Once installed, FamFeed appears on your home screen and opens in full-screen mode, just like a native app.

4. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

5. Plans & Payment

• Free: Up to 2 family members. No payment required.
• Premium ($4.99/month): Unlimited family members, weekly email digest, birthday reminders.
• Family Plan ($9.99/month): Everything in Premium, shared with up to 3 additional family members.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. What You Can and Cannot Do

You can: Use FamFeed to follow your family and friends' public social media. Share your account with immediate family members (on the Family Plan).

You cannot: Use FamFeed to stalk, harass, or monitor anyone without their awareness. Resell or redistribute FamFeed. Use automated tools to scrape data from FamFeed. Use FamFeed for commercial surveillance or competitive intelligence.

7. Content & Availability

FamFeed displays publicly available social media content. We do not control what your family members post, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of their content. Social media platforms may change their policies at any time, which could affect what FamFeed can display.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@ghostdawgconsulting.com.
