What We Collect

Account information: Your name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you sign up.

Family information: The names, relationships, Instagram handles, and birthdays of the family members you add. This information is used solely to fetch and display their public posts for you.

Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How We Use Your Information

• • To display your family members' public social media posts in your feed
• • To send you weekly digest emails (if you opted in)
• • To send birthday reminders
• • To process your payments
• • To improve FamFeed

We do NOT sell your information to anyone. Ever.

Social Media Data

FamFeed only accesses publicly available social media content. We do not:

• • Access private or locked accounts
• • Read direct messages
• • Access stories that aren't public
• • Store social media login credentials
• • Post anything on behalf of you or your family

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on Amazon Web Services). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for keeping you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or share data with advertising networks.

Your Rights

• • See your data: View everything in your FamFeed dashboard
• • Change your data: Edit or remove family members any time
• • Delete your account: Email us and we'll delete everything within 30 days
• • Export your data: Request a copy by emailing us

Children

FamFeed is designed for adults (primarily parents and grandparents). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The family members you track may be minors, but FamFeed only accesses their publicly available social media content — the same content anyone can see.
